Walkers Cleaning Services is hiring cleaning specialist in Chilliwack.
We have flexible schedules and offer a competitive wage. Build your own schedule! A majority of our cleans are done from 9am - 5pm. Our evening cleans are 6-11pm. We run 7 days a week. You chose how much you want to work. We have lots of opportunity for extra work over and above your set schedule.
You provide us your availability, and we work around your schedule... for example, if you are looking for work between school hours (9am - 2pm) we can accommodate those hours so you can drop off and pick up at your little ones school.
Although we are flexible and work with you to create a perfect work schedule... we do ask that the availability you provide us stays that way for as long as possible.
Our level of cleaning and customer service is top notch, therefore we are committed to only hiring staff who are prepared to go over and above for our clients, who are ready and willing to raise to our extremely high bar of service for our clients. We provide all training with a full training package that is provided upon hire. Only and when we feel you are ready, we take you off training and into your own client schedule. We also provide all our staff with top notch cleaning supplies/equipment.
Training wage: $18 an hour (approx two weeks of training)
Regular starting wage: $20 an hour (wage once training is complete)
We provide performance reviews every 3-6 months, which can include pay raises. We are committed to providing top notch cleaning services and hiring/training the best staff, as we grow you come along with us.
For our staff we run monthly incentives, give always, holiday parties, share cleaning hacks and truly become a small cleaning family. We have a very modern approach to our business, fostering open communication and balance. We treat all our staff with respect, and ask for the same. As mothers we understand the importance of family and the struggles that come along with raising little humans.
All hired cleaners will be covered under our insurance & WCB.
Please note - all our cleaning specialist are hired as subcontractors.

Asset Qualifications
* Must have a valid drivers license
* Must have your own reliable vehicle
* Must be able to pass a criminal record check
* Physically able to perform duties such as: bending, lifting, scrubbing, and carrying semi heavy items and similar tasks.
