Walkers Cleaning Services is currently hiring cleaning specialists in Chilliwack.

We offer flexible schedules and competitive pay. You can create your own timetable! Most of our cleaning jobs take place between 9 AM and 4 PM, with evening shifts from 6 PM to 11 PM. We operate six days a week, allowing you to choose how much you want to work, with plenty of opportunities for extra hours beyond your standard schedule.

Simply provide your availability, and we will accommodate your needs. 

For instance, if you need work during school hours (9 AM - 2 PM), we can adjust to fit your schedule so you can drop off and pick up your little one from school.

While we strive to be flexible and work with you to establish an ideal work schedule, we do ask that you maintain your provided availability for as long as possible.

Our cleaning standards and customer service are exceptional, and we are dedicated to hiring individuals who are willing to go the extra mile for our clients and meet our high standards of service. We offer comprehensive training with a full training package provided upon hiring. Once we believe you are ready, you will transition from training to managing your own client schedule. We also supply our team with high-quality cleaning products and equipment.

Training wage: $18 per hour 

Regular starting wage: $21 per hour (once training is completed)

We conduct performance reviews every 3-6 months, which may include pay increases. Our commitment is to provide outstanding cleaning services while hiring and training the best team. As we grow, you will grow with us.

Please note that all cleaning specialists are hired as subcontractors. For more information about being hired as a subcontractor, please refer to the Government of Canada site, or consult with our knowledgeable accountant who can address any inquiries. All hired sub contracted cleaners will be covered under our insurance and WCB.

Asset Qualifications:

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must have a reliable vehicle 

Must pass a criminal record check

Must be physically capable of performing tasks such as bending, lifting, scrubbing, and carrying moderately heavy items.
